The YNKO Signature Guarantee

At YNKO Signature, we believe every craftsman should proudly stand behind their work. That’s why we offer our clients this guarantee:

  • Correct to Your Order 
    If your table does not arrive in the right size (allowing up to 1” variation due to hand-crafted tolerances), color, or design style as originally specified, we will make it right by replacing or remaking the piece.

  • Transit Protection 
    If an item arrives damaged and that damage is properly documented on the delivery paperwork, our team will review the case and, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected portion or the entire product.

  • Structural Integrity 
    If your furniture ever develops an unnatural split or structural crack, it will be repaired or replaced under our warranty.


Natural Beauty & Craft Standards

Every piece we build is hand-finished from real hardwoods, designed to highlight the unique character of the wood itself. Natural variations are part of what makes your table one-of-a-kind:

  • Individual grain patterns and tone differences.

  • Character marks such as knots (all knots on tabletops are filled for smooth use), small imperfections, or brush strokes.

We allow up to a 1” size variance due to the custom nature of our work. Seasonal wood movement caused by changes in humidity and temperature is completely natural and not considered a defect — it’s part of the living character of solid hardwood furniture.

At YNKO Signature, no two tables are ever identical. We do not mass-produce perfection; instead, we celebrate craftsmanship and individuality.


Product Representation

We make every effort to show accurate photographs and dimensions, but variations will occur:

  • Screen displays may not reflect finish colors precisely.

  • Each slab of hardwood reacts differently to stain and epoxy.

  • Minor dimensional differences are possible due to handmade construction.


Delivery & Storage

Once your furniture has been completed, it must be scheduled for delivery within 14 days of arrival at our delivery partner’s hub. If delivery is delayed beyond this window, storage fees will apply and will be the customer’s responsibility. If you require completion at a future date, please let us know when ordering and we will do our best to align production accordingly, though exact timing cannot be guaranteed.


Warranty

All YNKO Signature pieces are covered under our limited residential warranty. This warranty applies only to normal, everyday use inside the contiguous United States. It does not cover furniture purchased “as-is,” second-hand, or as floor samples. Alterations made after delivery void the warranty.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of sizing/fit into your home, the warranty does not apply. Please measure carefully before ordering.


Returns & Refunds

Because every table is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for preference changes or post-order modifications beyond 24 hours of purchase.

However, in the rare case of damage or inaccuracy:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery form.

  • Returns (when approved) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Furniture that has been used excessively, altered, or customized beyond standard options is not eligible for return.

  • Each piece is eligible for only one return or exchange.


Abandonment

If no response is received from a client regarding delivery or communication within 40 days of a piece’s arrival at our delivery partner, YNKO Signature reserves the right to donate or dispose of the furniture. No refunds will be provided in these cases.
